I met my fiancee on FilipinoFriendFinder.com-- I tried the free services first and my experiences with Friendster were really disappointing. Friendster is really more geared towards posting hippy polemics, fencing stolen goods, looking for fuck/dope buddies and trying to sell a 486 for 200 bucks. I apologize to anyone this offends.
Because it takes both a financial and time investment to do FilipinoFriendFinder.com, it sifts out most of the seedy people. You then have to learn to recognize the loons, but that's not hard. So, yeah, I met a filipino women on the Internet and we're getting married. I can't imagine any other way, given our temperments, that I could have met a woman like her in any other circumstance.
